After receiving a ShotSpotter alarm at around 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday, law enforcement officers were sent to a park located on the 500 block of East 51st Street.

After being shot in the upper left thigh, the female victim, who is 27 years old, was sent to the same hospital as the other victim in stable condition.

The victim sustained two gunshot wounds to his left elbow before being transported to the hospital. He will be 22 years old this year.

A young man, age 19, sustained a cut to his upper right shoulder, but he was able to drive himself to Insight Hospital and Medical Center, where he was evaluated and treated.
