Local authorities in Kyiv say a Russian missile assault in eastern Ukraine torched a passenger train, killing 22 people.

During the assault on Chaplyne, a town in the Dnipropetrovsk region with 3,500 people, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine reported that train wagons were set on fire.
